Alicia Young, M.S. Ed. and Organizational Leadership
Meet Our Co-Founder and Director of Operations
MSAT Security Operations was co-founded by Alicia Young, a seasoned law enforcement officer and educator with over 31 years of professional experience in criminal justice and education. Alicia, exceled as a law enforcement officer for ten (10) years and transitioned into becoming a schoolteacher to help save students from the perils she observed in the criminal justice system.
Alicia furthered her education in 2004 by obtaining her dual master's degrees in educational leadership and organizational leadership from Barry University. As an educator for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Alicia strived to empower and educate youth from poverty-stricken environments with the goal of breaking the School to Prison pipeline. She is most proud of her time educating students at Miami Central High School where she taught criminal justice operations, history and English. She encouraged entrepreneurship and taught her students to "hustle smart."
Now, Alicia dedicates her time to catering to the needs of her security clientele by overseeing daily operations for MSAT Security Operations. She is committed to exceeding customer expectations and ensuring legal compliance.
